Win-win Management

TMC maintains win-win relations with our partner companies and thus have experienced sustained growth. By actively shouldering our responsibilities for the establishment of fair trade practices and strengthening the competitiveness of our partner companies, we are pursuing win-win management in the core industry areas of quality, technology, and the environment.

TMC values the growth and development of our partner companies. Therefore, we have been continuously implementing win-win cooperative programs to aid their growth into autonomous small and mid-sized companies. We provide direct/indirect financial support along with support for the establishment of coping systems.

TMC conducts quality management training to foster stable quality management capabilities for our partner companies. We listen to their suggestions regarding training on a monthly basis and reflect those suggestions in future training. We work hard to ensure that our support is practical and realistic for our partner companies.
