Ethical Management System?
The ethical management system is a permanently established system of the company to ensure all employees adhere to not only the laws but also the social responsibility of a company, to prevent or at least minimize the risks in our business operation and protect the company and its employees.
The ethical management system of TMC is composed of behavioral standards, management organizationsand corporate culture. Our ethics creed serves as the basis for our office of ethical management, ethical management committee, various reporting systemsand the oath of ethical management practices, which is for the management organization, communicationand management elements of our corporate culture.
The ethical management committee, which reports directly to the C.E.O., is the highest decision making body related to ethical management. It is debriefed on ethical management related activities by the office of ethical management and provides the directions for further actions.
