Safety Management

As a global leading company in the cable market, TMC established the Guidelines for Safety Management in 2008 to take full responsibility for the safety of our clients and employees. Based on the Guideline, we conduct safety accident prevention activities so that our employees all work in a sanitary and safe environment. At TMC, we have all employees undergo regular health check-ups and doctors, nurses, and other health professionals offer counseling and support for health care.

Stress has been identified as one of the major factors that not only decreases productivity but also threatens the health of our employees. It is a risk to both individual employees and corporate management. At TMC, employees participate in programs to manage stress that can impact the individual, their families, the company, and society. We are committed to the health of our employees.

TMC supports intra-company club activities to reinforce the competitiveness of our employees and to create a healthy working environment. We also operate a welfare center, host recreation events and workshops.
